Ducky remembers what you learned

A tutor who forgets you every time is not much of a tutor. DuckyHelper keeps notes about how you learn, the pictures worth keeping and the files you give it, and finds them while you talk, so the next lesson starts where you are. Progress shows your time, streak and topics. You decide what it keeps: every note can be edited or deleted, and three switches turn memory off.

What it keeps

Notes, pictures and your files.

Ducky saves short notes as you learn, like likes to see how a thing works before the math, and pictures worth keeping. You can add your own too: type a note, or drop, paste or upload pictures and files, like your class notes or an essay draft. Say remember this on a Mac and the picture on your screen is kept for good.

Settings, Memory lists everything: search it, filter by notes, pictures or files, and pin what matters.

Change a note's words, or delete it, with Undo if you change your mind.

Ask about it

It finds it while you talk.

You do not have to say where something is. Ask let's go through my AI class notes and Eddy finds the file you kept and starts from it. Or press Ask Ducky about this on any note in Memory.

Your switches

You decide what it keeps and uses.

Settings, Memory has three switches. Use memory: Eddy reads your memories in sessions, so it can pick up where you left off. Let Eddy save memories: it keeps notes and pictures by itself; you can always add your own. Keep my Eddy lessons: lessons are kept so you can replay them, never your own voice.

Progress

See how far you've come.

Memory is what Ducky knows about you. Progress is what you can see about yourself.

Bring it back before you forget.

Memory is what lets DuckyHelper space things out: it knows what you studied and what you missed, so it can bring it back in a quiz or a flashcard right before you would forget it. The learning science behind it: Space it out.

That is what memory is for. Ducky uses what it knows about how you learn and what you studied to pick examples, pace a lesson and bring back what you missed. Your data controls explains what is kept and the switches for it.

Only if you turn Family on, which is off until you do. A linked parent sees your week, your lessons with their summaries and replays, your progress and tasks, and you always see who is linked. Safety and data controls explain it in full.
