In short

  • Use DuckyHelper to learn. Don't use it to hurt people, break the law, cheat, or get around our limits and safety features.
  • Don't point it at things you aren't allowed to share.
  • If you break these rules, we may stop Ducky from answering, suspend or close your account.

This policy is part of the Terms of Service between you and MingLLM, Inc. It applies to everything you do with DuckyHelper: what you say and show to Ducky, what you ask it to do on your screen, what you upload and connect, and what you do with what it makes.

1. Don't break the law or hurt people

Don't use DuckyHelper to:

  • break any law, or help someone else break one;
  • bully, harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate or demean anyone, or promote violence or hatred against people for who they are;
  • create, request or share sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers children;
  • create sexual content of any kind;
  • plan or promote self-harm, suicide or eating disorders (if you're struggling, please reach out to someone you trust or a local crisis line);
  • get instructions for weapons, explosives, dangerous chemicals or drugs, or for hurting anyone;
  • deceive people: impersonate someone, make scams, phishing or spam, spread false information meant to mislead, or pass AI-made content off as human-made where that matters;
  • invade privacy: collect, track or expose other people's personal information without their permission, or identify people from pictures of them.

2. Only share what you're allowed to share

DuckyHelper sees your screen and can read your connected Google account. Don't use it on:

  • other people's private messages, files or accounts without their permission;
  • confidential work, trade secrets or information you've promised to keep private;
  • copyrighted material in a way that infringes someone's rights (for example, uploading a whole textbook to share with others).

Close private windows before you ask Ducky to look.

3. Learn honestly

  • Follow your school's and your teachers' rules about AI.
  • Don't use DuckyHelper during a test, quiz or exam unless you're allowed to.
  • Don't hand in Ducky's work as your own where that isn't allowed.
  • Don't ask Ducky to take tests, submit assignments or post for you.

See AI Use & Academic Integrity.

4. On-screen actions

When Ducky clicks, types, scrolls or drags on your screen, you're responsible for what it does there, just as if you'd done it. Don't ask Ducky to:

  • buy, pay, send, submit, post, delete or agree to anything in your place;
  • type passwords, card numbers or other secrets;
  • control apps or accounts that aren't yours, or act in ways those apps' rules don't allow (for example, play a game for you where bots aren't allowed, or get around a website's security).

5. Don't misuse the Services

Don't:

  • get around usage limits, fair use, payment, age checks, parental consent, or any safety or security feature;
  • share your account, sell or resell access, or use DuckyHelper to build a competing product;
  • copy, take apart, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it despite this;
  • access the Services with bots, scripts or automated tools we haven't approved, or overload, probe or disrupt them (security research is welcome under our Security & Responsible Disclosure policy);
  • try to get Ducky to reveal its instructions, other people's data, or our keys, or to make it ignore its safety rules ("jailbreaking");
  • upload malware or anything meant to harm a computer.

6. Our AI providers' rules

DuckyHelper uses AI from OpenAI and Google. Their usage policies apply to what you ask Ducky to do, and we may refuse requests they don't allow.

7. What happens if the rules are broken

We may refuse a request, remove content, limit features, suspend or close an account, and report illegal activity (including child sexual abuse material) to the authorities. When it's reasonable, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

8. Reporting

Tell us about abuse or content that breaks these rules at support@duckyhelper.com. For copyright, see our Copyright & DMCA Policy. For security problems, see Security & Responsible Disclosure.
